01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and fe77 ("fe77", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fe77 website located at https://fe77.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered thereon.

By accessing, registering on, or using the fe77 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close any account you may have opened.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access the fe77 platform from any location, including but not limited to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the fe77 platform, used to access games, place bets and manage funds.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback or other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age and eligibility before certain account actions (including withdrawals) are permitted.
• "Platform" means the fe77 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, games, betting markets and account management tools.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using a User's real-money Account Balance, as distinct from any demo or practice mode.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the total value of qualifying bets a User must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency referenced in illustrative amounts throughout this Agreement and the Platform.

03 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the fe77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register and use this platform. fe77 operates an adults-only policy without exception. The Platform may request verification of age at any time and will suspend or close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal disability or court-ordered restriction from gambling are prohibited from using the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the fe77 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. fe77 makes no representation that the Platform is available or suitable for use in any particular country or region, including Pakistan.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or account suspension on any gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by registering a new account.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the fe77 platform, Users must complete a registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information. fe77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

Required registration information typically includes, but may not be limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth (confirming minimum age eligibility)
• Valid email address
• Country and city of residence
• A secure password chosen by the User

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. fe77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login details. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to fe77 support immediately.

Full KYC verification — including submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport) and proof of address — is required before first withdrawal and may be required at other times at fe77's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account restrictions.

05 Terms of Use

By using the fe77 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes, and in accordance with these Terms. You further agree that:

• All information you provide to fe77 is accurate, truthful and up to date at all times.
• You will not use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its functionality or interfere with any other user's ability to use it.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any account other than your own.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, scraper, crawler or other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that fe77 does not guarantee any return on any wager placed.
• You will not use the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion, account suspension or gambling ban of any kind.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including those governing online gambling activity.

fe77 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside fe77's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

fe77 provides information about available deposit and withdrawal methods on the Platform. Payment method availability is subject to change at the operator's discretion. References to familiar Pakistani payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as local payment context only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or confirmed direct integration unless explicitly confirmed by the operator at the time of your transaction.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Identity matching: The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the fe77 Account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's Cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
• KYC prior to withdrawal: Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is non-negotiable for security and regulatory compliance reasons.
• Bonus conditions: Withdrawals requested while an active bonus is in play may be subject to bonus forfeiture and recalculation of associated winnings in accordance with the applicable bonus terms.
• Processing times: fe77 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. Processing times depend on the payment method, KYC status and internal review procedures. No claim for interest or compensation arising from processing delays will be accepted.
• Cryptocurrency: Where BTC, USDT or other cryptocurrency options are available, all transactions are subject to blockchain confirmation times and network conditions beyond fe77's control.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

fe77 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers and other incentive schemes from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the offer. General conditions applicable to all bonus offers include the following:

• Eligibility: Bonus eligibility is determined at fe77's sole discretion and may be restricted based on account standing, jurisdiction, prior bonus activity or other factors.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x rollover requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum stake restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum stake per bet or per spin applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided. The specific maximum stake is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute at different rates to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while live casino, table games or sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution percentages are specified per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of crediting. Unmet wagering requirements and unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum cash-out: A cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings may apply. This cap is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Sticky bonus: Where a bonus is designated as sticky, the principal bonus amount cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings generated above the bonus amount may be cashed out.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at a time.
• Abuse: fe77 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, exploitation of promotions or use of multiple accounts.

08 Responsible Gambling

fe77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and carries genuine financial risk. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control total funds deposited within a chosen period.
• Loss limits: Users may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a specified time period.
• Session time reminders: Users may set reminders notifying them of the duration of their active gaming session.
• Cool-off / time-out: Users may apply a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period, during which login and real-money play will be disabled.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to permanently or indefinitely restrict their access to the Platform may request self-exclusion via fe77 support. Self-exclusion is a serious commitment and will be honoured for the full requested period without reversal.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fe77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or any activity prohibited under applicable law.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, whether on the Platform or externally, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting outcomes — including PSL, ICC or other tournaments referenced on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, systems or security.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or third-party software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening fe77 staff or other platform users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the fe77 platform — including but not limited to design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code and functionality — is the intellectual property of fe77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from fe77.

Any unauthorised use of fe77's intellectual property may result in Account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fe77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, including losses arising from technical interruptions, game malfunctions or errors.
• Any loss of data, Account access or funds resulting from security breaches attributable to the User's failure to maintain Account security.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing arising from third-party payment providers, network issues or regulatory requirements.
• Any content, information or representations made on third-party websites, even if linked from the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits fe77's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

fe77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a User's Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms.
• fe77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited activity.
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request to do so.
• The User has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements necessitate the restriction or closure of the Account.
• The User requests Account closure voluntarily or through a self-exclusion request.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after the resolution of all pending transactions and compliance checks may be returned to the User via a verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any outstanding investigation. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the fe77 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction, as communicated to Users in the Platform's licensing information section. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may impose restrictions on online gambling activity. fe77 does not provide legal advice and users are responsible for understanding their own legal position.

Any dispute between a User and fe77 that cannot be resolved informally through the support team shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the operator's licensing conditions.

14 Amendments

fe77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, fe77 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent revision. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their current obligations.
